Rafaela Alves has been working in the customer service industry since 2017. Rafaela began their career as an Agente de Reservas at Hotel Portal da Praia in 2017. In 2018, they moved to Meireles e Freitas Cobrança Digital, where they worked as an Operadora de Cobrança. Most recently, in 2021, they have been working as a Customer Success for meutudo.

Rafaela Alves completed their high school education at Escola Estadual de Educação Profissional Marvin in 2017, where they studied Técnico de Hospedagem. Rafaela then went on to pursue a degree in Psicologia at Unichristus, which they are expected to complete in 2026. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Excel Básico from Escola Conquer in July 2022, Metodologias Ágeis from Escola Conquer in June 2022, and Lean Seis Sigma Yellow Belt from FM2S Educação e Consultoria.
