Ramon Lica has been working in the customer service industry since 2002. From 2002 to 2005, they were an Analyst MIS Senior at UNIBANCO. Ramon then worked at Tokio Marine Seguradora S/A from 2005 to 2009 as an Analyst Planning Senior. From 2009 to 2013, they were a Coordinator of CX and Operations at Rede. From 2013 to 2020, they were a Gestor of Projects and Performance in CX at iFood. From 2020 to 2021, they were the Head of Operations at Sanar, and they are currently the Head of Customer at meutudo. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for developing and implementing tools for management, control, and analysis of results, creating dashboards to measure the results of campaigns, and leading teams.
Ramon Lica completed a Bachelor's degree in Gestão de Sistemas de Informação from Universidade São Judas Tadeu between 2000 and 2003. Ramon then went on to complete a post-graduate specialization in Controladoria e Finanças from Faculdade Carlos Drummond de Andrade between 2009 and 2010.
