Olga Kutsyaba

Olga Kutsyaba has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. From 2021 to present, they have been an HR Manager/ IT Recruiter at MEV, LLC. Prior to that, they were the Head of HR Department at Distribution Company Fresh from 2018 to 2019, Human Resources Director (HR Director) at Vitamin Branding Agency from 2017 to 2018, and Manager for Work with Clients, Partners, Employees at Кодерлайн from 2014 to 2017. In their roles, they have been responsible for the whole cycle of HR processes, resource provision, onboarding, adaptation, motivation, advanced training, offboarding, developing job descriptions, designing and implementing overall recruiting strategies, personnel records management, maintaining positive company brand, writing business processes and documents governing the company, working on the automation of the company, customer management, communicating and working with external contractors, ensuring and controlling all marketing activities in the company, and ensuring and controlling all financial processes in the company.

Olga Kutsyaba has a Master's degree in International Economics from Lviv Polytechnic National University.
