Stephanie Perkins

Stephanie Perkins is currently an Advisor at Mevion Medical Systems. Stephanie has been in the medical field for over 10 years and has a wealth of experience in business operations, sales, and quality management.

Stephanie started their career at Parker Hannifin in 2010 as a Business Unit Manager. In this role, Stephanie was responsible for consolidating different production sites into a single world-class facility and driving instrumentation sales efforts in the APAC territory. Stephanie successfully expanded sales with a CAGR of 41% from 2010 to 2014 before the consolidation of Parker ING Wuxi site with PGI China Changzhou.

In 2016, Stephanie took on the role of AP Leader for Instrumentation Group to expand the market footprint in collaboration with business development and sales managers in China, Korea, Japan and ASEAN area. During their time in this role, Stephanie successfully improved the overall quality system in ISO 9001 format to pass all relevant industry audits, enhancing RPPM from 5,111 to 33 between 2015 and 2017. Stephanie also efficiently increased on-time deliveries from 94% to 98%, reduced inventory days by 17% to 47 days, and improved inventory dollar variation from 1.58% to 0.08%.

In January 2017, Stephanie left Parker Hannifin to start their own company, NB&T Consulting LLC. NB&T Consulting LLC is an internationally focused organization dedicated to bringing customized, value-based Operational Excellence services so that companies can focus on profitability through competitive advantage, minimizing costs and enhancing quality and efficiency. Services offered by NB&T Consulting LLC include Consultation, Coaching & Training.

Stephanie has been with Mevion Medical Systems since December 2019 and currently serves as an Advisor.
