Chad Baird

Chad Baird possesses extensive experience in human resources spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources & Facilities at Mewbourne Oil Company since January 2020, Chad has previously held significant roles such as Director of Human Resources at C-III Capital Partners LLC from March 2010 to December 2019, and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Centerline Capital Group from August 2006 to February 2010. Additional experience includes working as Human Resources Manager at ARCap REIT, Inc. and as a Compensation and Benefit Analyst at Brinks Home Security. Chad earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management from The University of Texas at Austin.
