James Mantle

James Mantle is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in various organizations. Currently serving as an Executive member at HIGHER Community since June 2023, James also holds the position of VP Talent at Mews, where contributions focus on pioneering hospitality technology. Prior roles include Director of Talent Acquisition at Hudl, where James helped enhance analytics for sports teams, and Head of Talent at ClearScore, where leadership involved establishing HR and talent strategies. With a solid foundation in recruitment management from earlier positions at Blenheim Chalcot and AT&T, James's career began with military training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, coupled with a BA in Ancient History and History from Swansea University. Currently, James is furthering professional development through the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
