Janis Pardon

Janis Pardon is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and business development sectors, currently serving as a Business Development Representative and Solution Architect for DACH & Eastern Europe at Mews since June 2022. Prior to this role, Janis held a Senior Representative position at ERGO Group AG starting in October 2020. The career trajectory includes significant front office management experience at Andaz Munich Schwabinger Tor and Grand Hyatt Melbourne, as well as various roles in front office operations at Park Hyatt establishments in Paris and Melbourne. Janis began the hospitality journey as a trainee at Grand Hyatt Berlin and gained initial experience as a waiter at Kellner & Co. Janis holds an apprenticeship degree in the hotel business from Brillat-Savarin Professional School, completed in 2014.
