Naomi Trickey

Naomi Trickey is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Mews since January 2023, Naomi has also held the position of Non Executive Director and Chair of the People & Governance Committee at Griffin since June 2021. Previously, Naomi was Chief People Officer at Dext from January 2020 to October 2022, and held various senior roles at Planday, PatSnap, and Brandwatch, culminating in the position of Chief People Officer there. Naomi's early career includes roles in project management, product management, and business development, with significant experience at BBC News. Educational qualifications include a BA Hons in English Literature from the University of Sussex, and two MA degrees: one in Modern Literature from Birkbeck, University of London, and another in Arts & Cultural Management from the University of Sussex.
