Sinovuyo Maho has extensive experience in guest services and customer onboarding within the hospitality and technology sectors. Currently, Sinovuyo Maho holds multiple titles at Mews, including Customer Onboarding Expert, Senior Customer Onboarding Manager, Online Implementation Manager, Customer Care Lead, and Customer Care Specialist since March 2019. Previous roles include Guest Services at Crystal Cruises and Guest Service at Zdenek's Oyster Bar, as well as a Duty Manager at Atlanticview Boutique Hotel and Guest Relations Officer at THE SILO HOTEL. Sinovuyo Maho earned a degree from Cape Peninsula University of Technology from 2009 to 2012.
