Sofía Santos

Sofía Santos is a skilled professional with extensive experience in service design and user experience, currently serving as a Women ERG 2025 Ambassador and Service Design Manager at Mews since September 2022. Previous roles include Senior Service Designer at Mews and various positions at Globant, where contributions were made to the Nissan Customer Experience Team, Openbank, and BBVA Enterprise. Additional consulting experience was gained at Eleven Lab and Designit, where a focus on strategic thinking and innovation was emphasized. Sofía holds a Master’s Degree in Human Centered Innovation from h2i institute, a Master’s Degree in Information Architecture from Aalborg University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Design from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, among other educational achievements.
