Tom Horner

Tom Horner is a seasoned Senior Product Designer currently leading the Revenue Management squad at Mews, a cloud-based hospitality software company, where the focus lies on enhancing efficiency for revenue managers. With a background in EdTech, Tom served as Product Design Lead at Nord Anglia Education, overseeing the development of a lesson planning and interactive teaching app, while also facilitating stakeholder management and user research. Previously, Tom held the position of Principal Designer at Nimble Approach, specializing in Product and User-centred Design. Experience also includes roles as Senior Product Designer at MyTutor.co.uk, where Tom employed Lean UX principles for product discovery, and as Head of Design at Engage Interactive, leading large-scale web projects. Earlier in the career, Tom contributed to award-winning projects for clients including Disney and BBC while working as a Designer at MadeByPi and twentysix. Tom holds a degree in Interactive Multimedia from The University of Huddersfield and studied at Leeds Arts University.
