Sheldon Hirt is a Senior Vice President, General Counsel with extensive experience in legal affairs, corporate counsel, and managing legal teams in various pharmaceutical and healthcare companies. Hirt has a background in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, venture investing, and financing activities. With a strong educational foundation from Columbia Law School and a background serving in the US Marine Corps as an Infantry Officer, Hirt brings a unique skill set to their current role at Orbia.
