Sola's career at Telefonica spanned nearly 18 years, where roles included Executive Director and various positions in corporate development and investor relations. MTP leases space on towers to telecommunications carriers and other users of wireless technology. Frequently located in areas with no other competing or available structures. Recently build, which allows for more new wireless tenants in the future, with little or no additional capital expenditures.
