Bil Parker

Bil Parker is a Product Design Manager at Meyco Pool Covers and has been a drafter, CAD operator, and design supervisor since 1984, primarily in the precast concrete industry. They are currently the owner of WMS, providing precast prestressed concrete drafting services since 2020. From 2003 to 2020, they served as a Design Supervisor at Tindall Corporation, where they trained and managed a drafting/design team. Bil began their career at Arnold Concrete as a drafter and transitioned to CAD operator, gaining extensive experience across various companies in the field.
