Assia R. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Assia started their career in 2012 with Marriott International as a Guest Services Associate and later became a Sales & Marketing Executive. In 2015, they joined Millennium Hotels and Resorts as a Sales Manager. In 2016, Assia worked as a Business Development Manager at BLOOVO before moving to Accor, where they held various guest experience management roles, including being in charge of Front Office and handling pre-opening operations. In 2019, Assia joined Meliá Hotels International as a Front Office Manager and Guest Experience Manager. Assia then transitioned to SPC Free Zone and served as the Head of Client Relations before taking on the same role at Meydan Free Zone. In 2023, Assia became the Head of Projects and Corporate Events at Meydan Free Zone.
Assia R. holds a Bachelor's degree in International Hospitality Management, obtained with distinctions, from CY Cergy Paris Université. Assia also holds a Baccalauréat in Sciences et Technologies de la Gestion from Lycée Jean-Baptiste Poquelin Saint Germain En-Laye. In addition, they have obtained the certification in "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" from FranklinCovey in 2023.
