Jamie Shamas

James Shamas is an experienced technology executive with a strong background in information technology and management. Currently serving as the Chief Information Officer and previously as Director of Information Technology at Meyer since March 2016, James has also held significant roles at Yale University, where contributions included Associate Director of Alumni Affairs and Development Applications, and Technical Manager from 2013 to March 2016. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Technology Services at SAI Systems International from April 2006 to April 2013, IT Director at Optima, Inc. from October 2002 to March 2006, Senior Engineer at Sapient Corp. from June 1998 to August 2001, and Help Desk/Access Developer at Health Net from 1996 to 1998. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Virginia.
