Bob Chilson, PE, SE, LEED AP, is a structural engineer with extensive experience in the field. Since December 2016, Bob has been with Meyer Borgman Johnson Structural Design + Engineering. Prior to this role, Bob served as the Lead Structural Engineer at DLR Group from August 1996 to December 2016, contributing to various sectors such as civic, education, and hospitality projects. Bob’s early career includes service in the US Navy Reserve from March 1991 to March 2001, where responsibilities included setting up and maintaining battalion communications and providing military training as a detachment Seabee Military Instructor. Educationally, Bob holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering and Building Construction with a focus on Structural Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering, completed in 1996, and a diploma from Montini Catholic High School, earned in 1991.
