Courtney Novotny

Courtney Novotny is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources, operations coordination, and leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Human Resources Coordinator and Operations Coordinator at Meyer Contracting, Inc. since August 2018, Courtney is responsible for onboarding, IT support, event coordination, surveys, safety support, and executive support, among other duties. Previously, Courtney held the position of Safety/Dispatch Coordinator at Novco Inc. for five years, managing recruitment, safety, human resources, payroll, and dispatch functions. Earlier experience includes a Senior Team Lead role at Target, where Courtney trained over 50 team members and oversaw daily operations.
