Janel Williamson

Janel Williamson has over three decades of experience in the meat production and processing industry. Currently serving as a Production Coordinator at Meyer Natural Foods since July 2012, Janel oversees scheduling for beef and pork production to meet customer demand. Prior experience includes roles at Cargill, where Janel worked as a Forecast Analyst, Scheduling Coordinator, Production Supervisor, and Fabrication laborer, supervising over 30 employees and managing cattle forecasts for five U.S. beef plants. Additionally, Janel gained expertise as a Meat Cutter/Clerk at Kroger (Dillons) from July 2007 to January 2012, ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction. Janel holds a high school diploma from Wheatridge High School, earned between 1982 and 1985.
