Scott Howard has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Their most recent role is as Director of Operations at Meyer Natural Foods, where they are responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with copackers to ensure efficient production of beef and pork finished goods. Prior to this, Scott worked at Cargill for several years, where they held various positions including Process Improvement Lead, Beef Scheduling and Supply Chain Manager, Value Creation Manager, and Senior Food Scientist. Scott also gained experience as a Graduate Student at Colorado State University and as a Work Study at CSU Meat Lab. In addition, Scott had an internship at Harris Ranch Beef Company.
Scott Howard received their Ph.D. in Animal Science from Colorado State University, where they pursued their education from 2004 to 2013.
