James Ventura

James Ventura is an experienced quality management professional with a strong background in the aerospace industry. Currently serving as the Quality Manager for Development Components at Meyer Tool since May 2013, James leads new product development, maintains quality performance objectives, and drives continual improvement activities. Previous roles include Quality Systems Engineer at Oberg Industries, where James unified multiple Quality Management Systems, and Lead Professional at General Electric Aviation, where James utilized Six Sigma and LEAN methodologies to enhance product quality. Early experience as a Design/Quality Engineer at Barnes Aerospace and Quality Engineer at Sermatech-Lehr further solidified James's expertise in design, manufacturing, and compliance within the aerospace sector. James is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at Northern Kentucky University, complementing earlier degrees in Electro-Mechanical Engineering and Supervisory Management.
