Russell Ober is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in litigation and criminal prosecution. Since January 1975, Russell has served as a Partner at Meyer, Unkovic & Scott LLP, where involvement includes trials in the Court of Common Pleas across Pennsylvania, as well as appearances before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and its intermediate appellate courts. Prior to this role, Russell was an Assistant District Attorney in Allegheny County from 1973 to 1975, responsible for the prosecution of hundreds of criminal cases. Russell holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, obtained in 1973, and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh, completed in 1970.
