Sagar Shrivastava has a diverse work experience in the automotive industry, starting with their role as an Intern at JCB where they focused on designing sheet metal and injection molding parts. Sagar then worked as an Intern at Musashi Auto Parts India Pvt Ltd, where they gained experience in machining various transmission gears and conducted a study on gear distortion.

Sagar then joined San Jose State University as a Graduate Assistant, where they led a team of CAD Student Assistants and provided assistance in CAD software to students. Sagar also worked as a Lead Graduate Assistant, managing CAD Labs and assisting students with CAD software.

After their time at the university, Sagar joined Angle Systems LLC as a Design Engineer, where they focused on 3D modeling and designing mechanical fixtures. Sagar then moved to Imaging Technologies Inc as a SolidWorks Designer.

Sagar then transitioned to the automotive industry, starting with their role at Moriroku Technology North America as a Design Engineer & Project Lead. Here, they worked on various projects for Honda America, leading the development of interior and exterior trims from concept to mass production.

Sagar continued their career at Faraday Future as a Senior Engineer, focusing on body exterior design. Following that, Sagar joined NIO as a Senior Engineer, specializing in exterior systems.

Sagar then joined Canoo as the Manager of Exterior Systems, where they led the team responsible for the design and development of exterior components. Sagar was later promoted to the position of Director of Exterior Systems.

Their most recent experience is as the Director of Engineering at Meyers Manx, where they oversee the engineering department and contributes to the development of their products.

Throughout their career, Sagar has demonstrated expertise in CAD software, project management, product development, and collaboration with customers and manufacturing teams.

Sagar Shrivastava completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Automobile Engineering from the University of Rajasthan in 2008. Sagar later pursued their MS degree in Mechanical Engineering at San Jose State University from 2009 to 2010.
