MeySen Academy

OUR MISSION: The mission of MeySen Academy is to provide each of our students with an extraordinary education that is centered on the values and principles of the spirit of Christ so that each may grow to be a healthy and whole person who reveres God, loves others, and pursues truth and righteousness. We also strive to perpetuate an environment that inspires family and community participation in order to enrichen the children's lives. OUR VALUES: DILIGENCE "All Your Strength. All Your Soul." INTEGRITY "Honesty and Integrity Above All." SERVENTHOOD "Acting for the Good of Others." HUMILITY "Knowing our Limits; Learning from Others." COMPASSION "Understanding. Caring. Loving." OUR FOUNDATION: Over its 50 year history, MeySen Academy has become one of Japan's premiere educational institutions specializing in early childhood development and English as a Foreign Language (EFL). The standards of our management are rooted in the ethics and guiding principles of Christianity, though the school has no special affiliation with any denomination or religious organization. The expectations we have of MeySen students, teachers, and staff are based on the character principles of Christianity and our curriculum openly incorporates Biblical principles and values. About one third of the teaching staff plus all of the administrators are Christians. However, there is open and dynamic interaction among teachers, students, and parents of all faiths, enhancing the international teaching experience for our teachers.
