Prior to this role, Gloria held positions as a Human Resources Manager at Grupo Costeño, Tata Consultancy Services, and PepsiCo. Gloria holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from EUDE Business School and has a background in International Business from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
