Steve Walker is an accomplished culinary and operations professional with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. As a Partner and Corporate Chef at Mezeh Mediterranean Grill since January 2011, Walker has co-created and expanded the brand to over 50 locations, focusing on growth in the fast casual segment. Previously, as Managing Partner at Moe's of Northern Virginia LLC from February 2004 to December 2010, Walker established a successful five-store restaurant company in a competitive market, developing essential operational structures. Additionally, experience as an Area Director at Brinker International involved opening multiple stores and managing significant budgets. Walker's career began as General Manager at Lettuce Entertain You, where successful management of a high-performing restaurant proved foundational.
