Rod Bacon

Rod Bacon has a significant amount of work experience in various roles within the operations field. Rod started their career at Dean Foods in 1986, where they held the position of Sr. VP of Operations for 17 years. In 2002, they joined Bay Valley Foods as the Sr. VP of Operations until 2005. Following that, they worked at G.L. Mezzetta, Inc. as the VP Operations from 2006 onwards. Finally, in 2011, they became the Principal at RP Bacon & Associates, LLC, where they are currently employed.

Rod Bacon earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, where they studied from 1973 to 1980. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Microbiology - environmental from the same institution, completing their studies from 1980 to 1982.
