Mei Lin

Mei Lin has a diverse range of work experience in the finance industry. Mei started their career at Barclays Capital where they served as a Vice President in Product Control, responsible for preparing Profit & Loss reports and risk attribution. Mei also led various projects and played a role in improving operational efficiency. Mei then joined C12 Capital Management as a Director of Finance, where they reviewed P&L, analyzed portfolio risks, and calculated return on capital for different investment classes. Mei later joined Jefferies as a Vice President in Product Control, leading a team and actively interacting with trading desks to monitor risk exposure and pricing variance. Currently, Mei is working at MFA Financial, Inc. as a Co-Controller and Senior Vice President.

Mei Lin pursued their education with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Renmin University of China, attending from 1996 to 2000. Later, they further enhanced their knowledge in the field by completing an MBA degree in Finance at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2000 to 2002.
