Kyle Milan

Kyle Milan has extensive experience in the manufacturing and sales industry. Kyle founded MFG Tribe, an Industrial Marketing Agency, in 2016, where they provided companies with explosive growth through digital marketing. In 2020, they also founded Technical Sales University, a sales training program specifically designed for technical salespeople. Additionally, Kyle served as the head instructor at the university. Prior to these ventures, they worked as a senior sales engineer at Milacron in 2015 and as the VP of Sales & Marketing at E & O Tool & Plastics from 2012 to 2015. Kyle also held the same position at P&P Industries, Inc. from 2010 to 2012. Earlier in their career, Kyle worked as a business development manager at Paramount Plastics from 2008 to 2010 and as an application development engineer at Microlution Inc from 2006 to 2008. Kyle gained valuable experience as a manufacturing engineer at Grayhill from 1999 to 2004, where they served in leadership roles and introduced new products and technologies.
