Jayanthi Sridhar is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in technology management and operations. Currently serving as the Director of Technology and Operations at mFino since June 2012, Jayanthi has previously held the position of Technology Leader at Microsoft from May 2005 to June 2012, where numerous key initiatives were spearheaded within Microsoft Speech. Earlier in the career, Jayanthi contributed to technology management and product delivery roles at various companies from January 1999 to April 2005, playing a crucial role in building startup teams and launching successful products in E-Procurement and Digital Health.
