Ayanna Neal

Ayanna Neal is a Consultant at MFR Consultants Inc. since May 2023 and the Co-Founder of Friends of the LAX Dunes, an environmental non-profit established in November 2014, which has coordinated over 63 events and secured more than $100,000 in grants for habitat restoration. Previous roles include Social Justice Coordinator at Beehouse Justice Initiative, Associate at Beehouse, and a Post-Graduate Intern at Watson Consulting Group Los Angeles. Additional experience encompasses an Administrative Internship with U.S. Senator Kamala Harris, Social Media Coordinator at Rainbow Acres Natural Foods, and leadership as Vice President of Chapter Development for the Psi Chapter of Tri Delta. Ayanna holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
