Matthew LaMere is an experienced plant manager with a robust background in process improvement and operations management. Currently serving as the Plant Manager at MFT-CKF, Inc. since January 2019, Matthew has demonstrated financial accountability by maintaining ISO-9001 certification, achieving consistent annual budget savings, and increasing budget allocation significantly through various strategic initiatives. Prior roles include Process Improvement Engineer and Group Leader at Arconic, where Matthew led projects to enhance production efficiency and managed a large workforce.
