Henrik Kaspersen

Henrik Kaspersen has a diverse work experience in various companies. Henrik currently serves as the Head of Compliance at MFT Energy, an independent trading hub specializing in power and gas. Prior to this, they worked as a Compliance Manager at Global Evolution, a boutique investment manager focused on emerging and frontier markets. Henrik also held positions at Danske Commodities, where they worked as a Lead Compliance Officer and Compliance Officer. Henrik's earlier experience includes working at Kapitalbørsen as a Business Development Manager, and at GXG Markets A/S as the CEO. Henrik began their career as a Regulatory Advisor at Dansk AMP A/S and Dansk O.T.C Fondsmæglerselskab A/S. Henrik also worked as an Assistent to insurance brokers at Willis I/S and as a Consultant at Advokatfirma Christian Harlang.

Henrik Kaspersen completed their education at Aarhus University, starting in 1997. Henrik obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Commercial Law in 2000. Subsequently, they pursued further studies in the field of Securities Regulation and Company Law, earning a Cand.merc.jur. degree, which they completed in 2003. Later on, from 2008 to 2013, Henrik pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Aarhus University as well.
