Kaan Haliscelik

Kaan Haliscelik has extensive experience in the energy trading industry. Kaan is currently the Director & Partner for SEE Trading at MFT Energy since March 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Danske Commodities as the Head of Turkish Power Trading from December 2012 to August 2019. Before that, they were a Senior Trader at Akfel-Gunvor Energy from July 2011 to November 2012. Kaan also served as an Energy Trader at Fina Enerji Holding A.Ş. from 2010 to June 2011. Kaan Haliscelik started their career as a Structurer at PSEG Energy Resources & Trade LLC in December 2004 and worked there until 2010.

Kaan Haliscelik has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi / Middle East Technical University. Kaan also holds a Master of Science degree in Quantitative & Computational Finance from Georgia Institute of Technology. Additionally, they have an MBA from Koç University.
