Thomas Bakholdt

Thomas Bakholdt is a seasoned data professional with extensive experience in data engineering and cloud solutions architecture. Currently serving as Lead Data Engineer at MFT Energy, Thomas focuses on building a near-real-time data platform leveraging a data mesh approach, utilizing tools such as Azure and various programming languages. Previously, Thomas held the position of Senior Cloud Solution Architect at Inspari A/S, architecting cloud solutions to enhance data utilization for business value, and achieved recognition as Employee of the Month in February 2022. Thomas’s early career includes roles at Kapacity, GRUNDFOS, and Salling Group, where skills in data analytics, SAP integration, and logistics were developed. Academic credentials include a Master’s in Business Intelligence from Aarhus University, ranked at the top of the class, and a Data Science summer program at the Barcelona School of Economics.
