With a robust background at Sapphire Textile Mills from 2016 to 2025, Waqas held various leadership roles, including Technical Director and Senior General Manager, where operations in apparel and home textile manufacturing were effectively managed. Early career positions at Leathertex Group and Service Industries Limited involved the establishment and management of Industrial Engineering departments, highlighting expertise in production planning, efficiency analysis, and departmental development. Waqas holds a B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from National Textile University and has participated in workshops focused on Lean Implementation.
