Uthpala Somarathna is a skilled Project Manager with extensive experience in consultancy, infrastructure development, and project management within various sectors. Currently at MG Consultants (Pvt) Ltd since May 2014, Uthpala leads projects focused on the rehabilitation and construction of major highways in Sri Lanka.
