Prior experience includes a role as a Civil Engineer at Maga Engineering (Private) Limited from June 2018 to November 2019. Theshan's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration in International Business from Birmingham City University (2020-2021) and a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Structural Engineering from Liverpool John Moores University (2016-2019). Early education was completed at Ananda College from 2002 to 2015.
