Catherine Ross

Catherine has been at M&G for 20 years, joining the business in 2001 to support the development of M&G’s alternative asset fund activities, in particular in Leveraged Finance, becoming co-head of Leveraged Finance in 2017.

Catherine is currently Head of Private Credit in M&G’s Private & Alternative Assets business, with responsibility for the fund management, trading, sourcing and analysis activities supporting a range of private credit funds. Prior to joining M&G, Catherine worked at NM Rothschild & Sons.

Since 2020, Catherine has acted as the business sponsor responsible for M&G’s Culture programme, and in March 2021 joined the Executive Committee to support the ongoing development of all aspects of culture at M&G.
