Clare Chapman

Clare Chapman is currently a non-executive director and chairs the remuneration committee at Weir Group and also chairs Acas, the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service for Great Britain, co-chair The Purposeful Company focused on transforming UK business with purposeful companies that create long-term value by serving the needs of society. Previously her executive career included HR leadership roles at BT Group, the UK Department of Health and Social Care and Tesco, as well as international roles at Pepsi-Cola International and Quaker Oats. Her previous non-executive experience includes chairing the remuneration committees at Kingfisher, G4S and Heidrick & Struggles.
