Dei McLaughlin

Dei McLaughlin is an experienced professional in investment client services, currently serving as the Global Head of Investment Client Service Delivery at M&G Investments since March 2022. Prior to this role, Dei led the EMEA Client Services team at Columbia Threadneedle Investments from October 2009 to March 2022, focusing on delivering consistent service across institutional and wholesale sales channels. Earlier career experience includes serving as Client Services Manager for Lehman Brothers, where Dei managed institutional client accounts, and a role in International Trade Services at Allied Irish Bank. Dei holds a BA (Hons) in Financial Services from Sheffield Hallam University, completed in 1995.
