Jason Windt

Jason Windt has extensive experience in operational due diligence and finance, currently serving as Director of Operational Due Diligence for Impact & Private Equity at M&G Investments since May 2020. Prior to this role, Jason held positions at M&G Investments, including Associate Director and Senior Associate. Before joining M&G, Jason worked at HSBC as a Research Specialist focused on Hedge Fund Due Diligence from May 2018 to May 2020. Jason's career began at PwC, where roles included Manager in Banking and Capital Markets and Senior Associate, and spanned from January 2016 to April 2018 and from January 2013 to December 2015, respectively. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours in Accounting from the University of Johannesburg, culminating in professional accreditation from the South Africa Institute of Chartered Accountants.
