Karen MacKay is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product governance and development across multiple sectors, including finance and marketing. Currently serving as a Product Governance Manager at M&G Investments since June 2022, Karen has previously operated as a self-employed freelancer and translator specializing in business and marketing documents. Prior to this, a significant tenure at Genworth spanned from 2002 to 2013, where Karen held various senior roles, delivering substantial revenue growth through innovative product strategies and enhancements. Additional experience includes marketing and product development roles at GE Capital and Aviva, complemented by a BSc (Hons) in International Business and Modern Languages from Aston University.
