Michele Liew

Michele Liew serves as the Asia-Pacific Regional Head of Human Resources at M&G Investments since December 2021, bringing extensive HR experience from previous roles in major financial institutions. Prior to M&G Investments, Michele held the position of Senior Vice-President, HR Business Partner at DBS Bank, where responsibilities included strategic partnership and guidance for business unit leaders, talent development, and cultural change initiatives. Michele also served as Vice-President and Asia-Pacific Regional Head of Human Resources at Partners Group, overseeing HR operations across multiple jurisdictions, and held HR roles at OCBC Bank and KPMG, managing recruitment and talent management initiatives. Michele holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Curtin University and an MBA in Accounting from Indiana University Bloomington.
