Rupert Krefting

Rupert Krefting serves as the Head of Corporate Finance & Stewardship at M&G Investments since March 2016 and holds multiple non-executive director positions, including at The Investor Forum CIC and The Centre For Public Interest Audit from January 2025. Additionally, Rupert is a member of the Investor Advisory Group at the UK Endorsement Board (UKEB) and the Corporate Programme Advisory Group for the Institutional Investors Group on Climate Change (IIGCC). Since January 2020, Rupert has chaired the Company Reporting and Auditing Group at The Investment Association. Previous experience includes a directorship in corporate broking at Numis Securities and Investec, with a career beginning as a Chartered Accountant after earning an ACA designation from ICAEW in 1994 and a geography degree from the University of Southampton.
