Deborah Cynn has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Deborah currently holds a position as a Member at Chief since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the SVP of Data Science and Marketing Analytics at TRANZACT starting in September 2022. Deborah also has experience at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., where they served as the Director of Brand Growth Intelligence for Tom Ford Beauty and Bobbi Brown from October 2021 to September 2022, and as the Director of Product Analytics Lead and Global Business Planning for Tom Ford Beauty from March 2020 to October 2021. Before that, they worked at Deloitte Consulting as a Manager from May 2018 to February 2020 and as a Senior Consultant from December 2016 to April 2018. Additionally, Deborah has held internships and roles at L'Oréal, alice + olivia, Coach, New England Consulting Group, Babson College, and Macquarie Bank, providing their with a well-rounded background in brand management, research, planning, project management, and analytics.
Deborah Cynn holds a Certificate with Distinction in Analytics from the Harvard Business Analytics Program, which they obtained in 2021. Deborah also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business. Additionally, they earned a B.S. in Business Management from Babson College. Deborah participated in a Study Abroad Program in Business at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Deborah completed their high school education at Seoul International School.
