Joanne Graf

Joanne Graf is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in employee experience and performance management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Employee Experience and Performance at TRANZACT since February 2017, Joanne Graf has also held the position of Vice President of Performance Management. Prior to this role, Joanne Graf was involved with Sabbatical! as a R&R consultant for a brief period and served as Partner, Business Leader, and COO at JMW Consultants from June 1993 to November 2016. Earlier in the career, Joanne Graf worked as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Peter Ciolino and practiced as an attorney at Stern, Steiger, Croland. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law.
