Laurie Poulos

Laurie Poulos is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in compliance and litigation. Currently serving as Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Secretary of the Board at TRANZACT since July 2014, Laurie has successfully managed legal and compliance matters during a significant growth phase for the company. Previously, Laurie held the position of Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at New York Life Insurance Company and worked as a Contract Attorney handling litigation matters in the Office of the General Counsel. Laurie's career also includes roles as an Attorney at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, and an Associate at Holland & Knight LLP, as well as serving as a Law Clerk to Hon. William G. at the United States District Court, District of New Jersey. Early in the career, Laurie gained experience as a Legal Assistant at Wachtel & Masyr, LLP. Laurie's academic credentials include a JD, Magna Cum Laude, from Brooklyn Law School and a B.A. from the University at Albany, SUNY.
