Jodie Udell

Jodie Udell is a seasoned professional in training and development with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Professional Development Specialist at MG McGrath since July 2022, Jodie has led initiatives such as the Procore super users group. Prior to this role, Jodie spent six years at Comcast, advancing from Leadership Development Trainer to Senior Leadership Development Trainer, where completion of a senior trainer certification program enhanced expertise in adult learning theory and virtual course facilitation. Jodie’s background also includes significant contributions at Globe University/Minnesota School of Business, where leadership spanned roles from Corporate Trainer to Director of Training and Development, and notable achievements in project management. An educator with a Master's degree in Instructional Design and Technology from The University of Arizona Global Campus and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication and Training from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, Jodie combines strong leadership and technological skills in training environments.
