Emily Dixon

Emily Dixon is a seasoned industrial designer and engineer with extensive experience in product design and development. Currently a Senior Designer/Engineer at MGA Entertainment since April 2021, Emily specializes in market research, concepting, and 3D modeling using Solidworks. Prior to this role, Emily served as a Senior Industrial Designer at Exhibits South, focusing on custom and rental trade show booth designs. Freelance work with various companies from 2017 to 2021 reinforced Emily's versatility in the field, encompassing market research, sketching, and manufacturing documentation. Earlier positions at KidKraft and as an intern at The Hand Prop Room Limited provided foundational skills in product design and prototyping. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Furniture Design and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Product Design from Appalachian State University.
